You must not share your credentials with any third party. 58qcom will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of who actually performed the action.
An account is considered dormant if it has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 58qcom will notify you by SMS and email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee will be specified in the dormancy notice. Dormancy fees will only be applied where a balance exists in the account. The fee will not cause your balance to fall below zero.
58qcom is required by its licensing authority to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for all 58qcom bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. 58qcom has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing wagers that exploit game mechanics to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to place opposing bets using bonus funds, and any other strategy determined by 58qcom to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, 58qcom reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
The 58qcom welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, CNIC, household address, IP address, device, and payment method. Players who have previously held a 58qcom account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 58qcom reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's wallet. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout — including payouts that appear to exceed any stated maximum win limit — 58qcom reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the erroneous portion of the payout. 58qcom will notify affected players and provide an explanation.
The use of any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or external tool designed to interact with or manipulate the 58qcom Platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: card counting software, betting pattern automation tools, odds arbitrage bots, and screen scraping programs. Detected use of prohibited software will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Maximum win limits apply to certain games and promotional offers on 58qcom. These limits are displayed within the game interface or in the specific promotion's terms. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings exceeding the stated limit will be capped at that amount regardless of the displayed game outcome.
Sports bets on 58qcom are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket, results follow the official declarations of the ICC, PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board), or the relevant domestic board depending on the tournament. In the event of a dispute between the official result and the result displayed on 58qcom, the official governing body ruling shall prevail.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required time or overs have been completed (as specified per sport), all single bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned. Affected legs of accumulator bets will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated without the voided selection.
58qcom reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly the result of a manifest error in pricing, whether caused by human error or system failure. Bets voided on this basis will have stakes returned in full. 58qcom will communicate such decisions to affected players.
Maximum single event payout and maximum daily payout limits apply to sports betting at 58qcom. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits will be capped at the applicable limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58qcom Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
58qcom reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, where account activity raises AML, fraud, or integrity concerns, or where required by our licensing authority or applicable law.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance is frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no Terms violation occurred, the balance will be made available for withdrawal. You may close your 58qcom account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance.
